Senior Process Engineering Manager Additional Posting Location(s) Malaysia-Penang Purpose Statement: Provides leadership and technical direction to Process Development staff through the management of functional teams and process development activities. Leads the innovation, design, development, and implementation of manufacturing processes, procedures, tooling, and equipment to support new product introduction and manufacturing transfer. Has accountability for delivery, resource planning, and staff development within Process Development, ensuring robust, compliant, and cost‑effective manufacturing solutions aligned with site objectives. Job Responsibilities: Provides technical and management direction to the PD group by making sound decisions based on facts and balancing them with performance, schedule, and cost. Responsible for the departmental basics including budgeting, hiring, day-to-day management, project resourcing, etc. Partner with cross functional and cross site groups, including R&D and Operations, to develop, execute and manage the PD strategies and goals that are aligned with the overall business goals. Manages execution of the functional deliverables associated with the TDP/PDP, Project Management, and Quality Systems. Maintains a high level of communication between multiple functions and development sites. Plans and coordinates development efforts between those functions and sites, including effective receipt/transfer of technology.
