We are hiring for multiple headcounts across the following locations: Dalian / Shanghai, China Penang, Malaysia Gurgaon, India Seoul, South Korea Purpose Statement We are seeking a true change champion, someone energized by transformation, who thrives in ambiguity and is passionate about driving meaningful, lasting impact across the organization. The Senior Manager, HR Transformation plays a critical role in enabling the successful delivery of the APAC HR Transformation initiative. This role drives alignment, leads project delivery, leads change management, and owns evidence of success. It serves as the geography point of contact and change champion, independently leads complex organization design and process harmonization initiatives, and acts as an HR subject matter expert providing trusted guidance and counsel to the team. Working in close partnership with diverse stakeholders in cross‑functional transformation teams, this role ensures local market insight, operational feasibility, stakeholder alignment, and consistent adoption of the future state HR operating model across APAC.
