About the Role: The Tax Accounting group prepares Boston Scientific's global income tax provision for SEC financial reporting. We are a high-performing, inclusive team that supports each other's growth while achieving key business goals. We work cross-functionally with teams across Corporate Finance and within Corporate tax. The Tax Accounting group is also responsible for the tax-related purchase price accounting for transactions, managing the audit of the tax provision, and researching technical issues related to financial statement reporting. We are seeking a self-motivated and experienced Senior Analyst to join our Tax Accounting team, reporting to the Senior Manager. The ideal candidate is someone who has experience preparing or auditing ASC 740 calculations. The candidate should bring a proactive mindset and offer fresh ideas based on their prior experiences, including suggestions for process improvements.
