We are hiring for multiple headcounts across the following locations: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia Penang, Malaysia Gurgaon, India Purpose Statement We are looking for change champion with digitalfirst mindset across HR advocating for scalable and consistent solution to support APAC HR transformation vision thrives in improving processes, leveraging technology, and driving transformation. The Senior Analyst, HR Technology plays a pivotal role in shaping the digital evolution of the HR function as part of the APAC HR Transformation Program. This role is responsible for facilitating alignment, leading project delivery, championing change management, ensuring evidence of success, and identifying technology‑enabled opportunities to enhance efficiency, scalability, and employee experience across HR & Centers of Excellence (CoEs). Reporting into the HR Transformation Director APAC, this role also collaborates closely with the Global HR Technology partner to identify and deliver technology-enabled solutions that advance HR business processes and regional priorities.
