About the Role: As a pivotal member of the Rhythm Management (RM) division, the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) for Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) is responsible for driving the success of Boston Scientific's CRM portfolio within Belgium. Reporting to the RM Business Unit Manager (BUM), you will lead a team of Account Managers (AMs), delivering franchise-specific sales targets, building a high-performance culture, and executing strategic initiatives tailored to local market dynamics. Besides these responsibilities you will also supervise our Field Clinical Specialists to make sure both teams will work together as one team for improved business outcomes.
