Responsible for controlling the production process about quality, quantity and costs and are the supervisor of the employees. Being the team leader for the production associates. Managing people and resources, solving problems, quality assurance and production capability improvement, (optimization and cycle time) strong technical knowledge Managing, instructing, and assigning tasks. Ensure the correct start up of production. Assume disciplinary, labor law-related and HR-related responsibilities according to the applicable laws, regulations, and BMW guidelines, as well as works agreements. What should you bring along?
