Our team at the BMW Group advances in-car AI at the intersection of academia and industry. You will collaborate with engineers and researchers to contribute to the future of automotive human-vehicle interaction using generative AI, building multimodal features for an intelligent personal voice assistant. What awaits you? You will help to research, prototype, and deploy LLM and GenAI features for an in-car voice assistant. Furthermore, you support building fast Python prototypes for multimodal interactions including speech, vision, and text in-vehicle with AI Agents. In addition, you contribute to exploring practical in-car use cases such as dialogue, context awareness, and multimodal data. Moreover, you will assist in testing, validation, and ensuring safety and compliance of automotive AI features. You help to adopt new GenAI tools as needed demonstrating fast learning and adaptability. What should you bring along? Studies in computer science, engineering, mathematics, physics, or a related field.
