Support the Voice of Customer survey program including analysis and reporting of results to internal stakeholders, troubleshooting data issues/Retailer inquiries and ensuring program is operating without issue Assist with Retailer communication as well as with monthly and ad-hoc reporting Support with in-depth consumer insight analytics and other data requests for agency briefs and internal business unit needs Support with system troubleshooting, testing, data analytics and project management.
