Job Description Assignment Purpose/Scope Communicates to management any changes or issues that may impact department or company performance and collaborates with management to achieve resolution. Performs other duties as assigned by management.Assignment Duties Ensure cars complete the entire ATG process on time Drive and steer supplier quality representatives when issues negatively impact product quality Make tactical decisions for urgent issues and manage support groups in problem solving and prevention Perform strategic management to anticipate change Ensure department goals are consistently met and maintain continuous improvement in all measurable areas Update Co-Op manual Create process sheets for the high-speed test track facility Develop an e-learning module for the ATG process IPSQ Power BI Quality Analytics SQL Microsoft Office Qualifications Engineering degree (preferably Industrial or Mechanical) Proficient in Microsoft Excel (experience with VLOOKUP, Macros, etc. prefer
