Prepare and deliver financial and operational reports. Support Accounts Payable activities and monitor related processes. Track, analyze, and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Complete Fixed Asset capitalization activities and prepare audit materials. Perform account reconciliations as assigned. Participate in process ‑ improvement and digitalization projects. Measuring and reporting efficiencies from continuous ‑ improvement initiatives. Evaluating current digital workflows and developing recommendations for optimization. Qualifications: Currently pursuing an undergraduate business ‑ related degree. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office. Highly detail ‑ oriented with strong analytical skills. Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (not just in major). Have full-time status at an accredited four-year college or university in the United States. Completed at least 30 credit hours at time of application. Ability to work full-time (40 hours / week). Transfer students must have a GPA from current university.
