Your Mission We are looking for a People Operations Specialist to join the People Operations team at BlaBlaCar. As a People Ops Specialist, you will manage the day-to-end employee lifecycle for Blablacar's employees based in France. As part of a team, you will ensure full legal compliance in France, while providing prompt, effective support for all employee inquiries. By maintaining our HRIS and formalizing contractual elements, you will act as a key guardian of our data integrity and internal policies. This role is essential in streamlining our onboarding journey and optimizing HR processes to support our team. Your Responsibilities • Lead the execution of HR processes (Onboarding → Offboarding), ensuring a positive experience while providing clear visibility to relevant stakeholders • Formalize all contractual elements (contracts, amendments, certificates) and manage immigration/work permit renewals • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and lead People Ops projects aimed at enhancing efficiency • Explore and implement AI-driven solutions to automate repetitive administrative tasks (e.g., automated document generation, AI-powered ticketing sorting, or smart data auditing) to free up time for high-value advisory • Manage employee inquiries (JIRA), providing prompt, effective support on HR policies • Provide expert recommendations for handling complex situations
