Your Purpose The Compliance Officer will help leading the compliance duties in El Salvador to ensure that the company operations and business goals function in a legal and ethical manner. You will be responsible for developing compliance and AML/TF programs, reviewing company policies, advising management on possible risks, and responding to authorities' inquiries. This role is critical in ensuring that our operations adhere to all regulatory requirements set forth by all relevant authorities. This position is on-site, so the candidate will need to be physically present in El Salvador. Reports To Chief Legal Officer What You Will Do - Develop, implement and manage an organization's compliance program to ensure the organization operates in accordance with the federal laws and applicable regulation. - Prepare policies for identification and knowledge of the Client (KYC). - Verify that the company complies with the information and documentation requirements of the authorities. - Verify that the company complies with the orders of securing or unblocking of accounts or resources related to any AML/TF matters. - Define the criteria, measures and procedures to be adopted in order to comply with
