JOB SUMMARY: BioCryst is a fast-growing pharmaceutical company seeking an experienced Associate Director, IT Business Partner to build and mature business partnerships across G&A functions, including Human Resources, Legal, Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Corp Comm and IT. This role serves as a strategic IT business partner and technology advisor, responsible for understanding functional goals, shaping the technology roadmap, and enabling system and process improvements across these areas. The Associate Director leads initiatives involving business analysis, project management, solution design, vendor collaboration, and technology enablement. This role ensures high satisfaction with IT systems and services, with emphasis on platforms such as Oracle Cloud Fusion, Workday, OIC, Contract Management system and finance applications, along with other G&A enablement systems.
