About the Role As a Senior App Platform Engineering Manager at Betterment, you will lead the Mobile Platform team while staying deeply connected to the technical work that powers our applications. This is a unique opportunity to blend engineering leadership with hands-on mobile platform expertise - guiding a team of talented engineers building the shared frameworks, infrastructure, and tooling that mobile product teams rely on every day. You will be the connective tissue between people leadership and technical excellence: mentoring engineers, shaping platform strategy, and rolling up your sleeves to ensure the right architectural decisions are made.
