We are seeking an experienced mechanical engineer to join our team with a focus on aircraft interiors . This role is responsible for the design, development, and integration of both cargo and passenger interior solutions that are ergonomic, aesthetically refined, certifiable, and optimized for manufacturability. You will work across design engineering, manufacturing, certification, and customer experience teams to ensure that interior components meet functional requirements while elevating the user experience and supporting scalable production. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in interior design for regulated industries, a strong sense of ergonomics and human‑centered design, and the ability to lead cross‑functional teams through concept development, prototyping, and production readiness. How you will contribute to revolutionizing electric aviation: Become intimately familiar with the aircraft's interior architecture, mission profiles, and operational requirements to guide the design of cargo and passenger interior systems Lead the design and integration of interior components-including panels, liners, seating concepts, cargo restraints, storage solutions, lighting elements, and user‑interface touchpoints Ensure all interior designs meet ergonomic, human‑factors, and aesthetic standards appropriate for both utility and passenger‑focused missions Collaborate with manufacturing engineering to ensure interior components are
