Utility Billing/Customer Information System (CIS) Implementation Project Manager Remote, UNAVAILABLE, US Overview BerryDunn is seeking a Utility Billing/Customer Information System (CIS) Implementation Project Manager to join our Local Government Practice Group within our Consulting Team. You will serve as our clients' Project Manager working with and guiding client and vendor teams as they implement utility billing/customer information systems across multiple departments. This position is planned to remotely serve our clients across the country. You will report to senior leaders in the Local Government Practice Group. You will bring a mix of demonstrated project management capabilities, exceptional organizational and self-management qualities, strong leadership capabilities, effective written and verbal communication skills. Your experience in one or more of the following areas: local government utility business processes and/or operations, enterprise software systems, implementation project management, or business process analysis will make you a trusted advisor to our local government clients. Experience with organizational change management is a plus. Travel Expectations: Up to 50% travel to client sites is anticipated.
