About this role
Audit Manager Not-for-Profit Remote, UNAVAILABLE, US; Manchester, NH, US Overview BerryDunn is seeking an Audit Manager join our Not-for-Profit Practice Group and to help lead our engagement service team. You will join a core team tasked with conducting audits, reviews and consulting services for our clients in the Nor-for-Profit group which consists of social service agencies, educational institutions, housing and other not-for-profits. You will report to the Senior Audit Managers and Principals in the Group. This position may work from one of our offices located in Manchester, NH, Waltham, MA, Portland, ME, New Haven CT or Bangor, ME locations or remotely. Travel Expectations: This role generally requires minimal travel, less than 10% per year. You Will Manage, direct and monitor multiple client engagements; schedule and coordinate workflow and staffing for financial audit projects and engagements. Maintain active communication with clients to manage expectations, ensure satisfaction, and lead change efforts effectively. Consult, work with, and service client base to make recommendations on business improvement and process improvement and serve as a business advisor to client. Work with principals and senior managers on proposals and business development activities. Assist with and/or participate in board presentations. Understand and manage firm risk on audits and proposals. Manage, develop, train, and mentor staff on projects and assess performance for engagement and performance meetings.
