Objectives of the Position • Support BASF group companies to meet all legal and regulatory requirements related to trade compliance. • Protect BASF's license to operate by ensuring adherence to Import and export control, domestic regulations, sanctions, and screening obligations. Main Areas of Responsibilities and Key Activities Execute trade compliance related activities for BASF companies to ensure compliance. Ensure timely update in Daily Operation Reports and regularly review compliance performance with relevant areas against business processes predefined criteria. Evaluate, analyze and verify trade compliance regulatory data and documentation to support system accuracy, database integrity, and ongoing compliance monitoring. Support team members in resolving issues related to service delivery including communication with internal customers / stakeholders / other business partners.
