Talent Acquisition Partner (Contract Role) Country / Location Malaysia Role Summary The Talent Acquisition Partner manages the full recruitment lifecycle from Job Requisition (JR) approval to candidate offer acceptance. This role acts as a strategic advisor to the business, partnering closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to ensure effective talent delivery. The TA Partner is responsible for developing sourcing strategies, managing candidate pipelines, and driving a seamless recruitment experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders. Main Areas of Responsibilities and Key Activities End-to-End Recruitment Management • Manage the complete hiring process from JR approval, sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, selection, to offer stage. • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across assigned functions. • Ensure timely process progression while maintaining a high quality candidate experience. • Provide market insights, talent trends, and recommendations to hiring managers. Stakeholder Management • Act as a trusted advisor to Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, Country Heads, and functional leaders. • Facilitate alignment discussions on hiring needs, role requirements, and selection criteria. • Conduct regular hiring updates and performance discussions with business stakeholders. • Manage expectations on hiring timelines, candidate availability, and recruitment challenges.
