Objectives : We are looking for a legal and compliance intern who will provide a wide range of paralegal support as well as compliance / legal support in order to effectively facilitate daily operations of Regional / China Compliance team. The candidate should be proactive and diligent and understand business and operation needs of the organization. S/he should be detail oriented and excited to work collaboratively in an excellent compliance and legal team. Main Tasks: - Support regional compliance daily operation in Asia Pacific, including various compliance program / initiatives on compliance trainings, compliance campaign, data protection, etc. coordinate on feedback collection, consolidation, maintain paper filing and e-filing from various countries in Asia Pacific and manage the data up to date. - Conduct legal research, case analysis and summary, draft and / or review contracts, translate and / or proof-read le compliance documents, etc. - Support the preparation of high-profile compliance case investigation upon assignment. - Schedule appoi
