WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT You help deliver high-quality web applications that improve BASF Coatings services for internal and external users. You work in an agile, cross-functional DevOps team and support the product lifecycle from concept to go-live, with a strong focus on quality assurance and test automation. You help define risk-based test approaches and design automated testing solutions to ensure applications meet their functional and non-functional quality goals. You build a strong understanding of business processes, user journeys, and application workflows to create meaningful, risk-based test coverage. You collaborate closely with software developers to validate new features, identify defects early, and improve overall testability. You design, build, and maintain automated tests for functional, regression, and integration scenarios, and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines to support reliable quality checks across multiple applications. You use modern QA tools and frameworks, such as Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, Postman, or SOAP UI, to test web applications and APIs. You align closely with product owners, designers, and developers on acceptance criteria, test coverage, and shared quality
