Your main responsibilities: Ensure operational integration of the platform Define the needed review and monitoring processes Interact with salesforce on upcoming releases and fixes Interact with our product teams (sales/marketing/service) Monitor user adoption and identify improvements Monitor and manage integrations (e.g. SAP) Guide the product teams towards best practice Define and execute operational data management processes Implement review tools an define actions Design and manage limit monitoring Review and check code with regards to scalability and readability Maintain and share development guidelines proactively Implementation of user stories with focus on salesforce and SAP integration Our main requirements: A Bachelor or master degree in relevant Business/IT studies You are experienced with the salesforce.com sales cloud administration Certified salesforce administrator with deployment know-how An entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to foster a positive and energized culture A growth mindset with a curiosity to learn and improve.
