GDE/ED - SAP Consultant HR Time Management Country / Location India About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled SAP S/4HANA Time Management Expert who combines strong technical know how with deep functional HR Time Management expertise. In this hybrid role, you will act as a trusted advisor to our HR Business Partners and support our global Time Management processes end to end-from requirements analysis and solution design to technical implementation and operational excellence. Your mission is to ensure stable system operations, deliver high-quality solutions, and proactively guide the business in shaping efficient, compliant, and user centered time processes in an S/4HANA environment. ________________________________________ Your Responsibilities Functional Expertise & Business Consulting • Advise HR business partners on time evaluation logic, working time models, absence processes, time accounts, and country specific regulatory requirements. • Translate complex business requirements into robust functional concepts and guide stakeholders in process optimization. • Conduct fit gap analyses and provide recommendations for process harmonization and simplification across regions. • Ensure legal and policy compliance related to working time, accruals, absences, and data retention.
