GDA/AH - Senior Digital Experience Engineer (m/f/d) Country / Location India Job Description Senior Digital Experience Engineer Workspace Solutions / Experience Management Location: Hyderabad, India Business Area: Workspace Solutions / Experience Management About the Role As Senior Digital Experience Engineer , you will play a key role in scaling and operationalizing Nexthink as a core Digital Experience Intelligence platform within BASF's global digital workplace. Your mission is to identify, shape, and implement high ‑ value use cases and quality improvements across the workplace ecosystem - translating data and insights into measurable improvements for end users, IT operations, and business outcomes. Working closely with Product Owners, Workplace Engineering teams, and our Full Service Provider , you will act as both strategic enabler and hands ‑ on expert for Digital Employee Experience (DEX) and Quality Management. Key Responsibilities Use Case Development & Product Collaboration Identify, evaluate, and prioritize DEX use cases (e.g. performance, stability, adoption, compliance, automation) Drive the adoption and value realization of Nexthink across the enterprise Translate business and user needs into actionable Nexthink solutions Contribute to the evolution of the Experience Management framework (e.g. XLAs, DEX KPIs) Partner with Product Owners to integrate Nexthink use cases into product and service backlogs Design and implement dashboards, campaigns, remote actions, and automations Advise product teams on experience ‑ by ‑ design using Nexthi
