GD/CD - Controlling Specialist (m/f/d) Country / Location India Role Overview We are excited to announce the establishment of our Global Capability Center (GCC) in Hyderabad, supporting our company's digital transformation journey. We are looking for experienced and motivated Controlling Professionals to join our team and play a key role in supporting our delivery organization from a finance and compliance perspective. This position is ideal for self-driven individuals who can independently manage end-to-end finance responsibilities and contribute to our growth story. Key Responsibilities and Main Tasks Conduct cost analysis, monitoring, reporting, and budgeting for your assigned business area. Liaise with the Finance Manager of the company. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to drive the future development of your business area within the BASF Group. Deliver reliable financial information to support management decision-making and strategic planning. Gain a comprehensive understanding of global accounting and charging mechanisms. Lead and support automation and continuous improvement initiatives within the team. Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, as well as forecasting and budget planning. Continuously improve and automate reporting to ensure transparency in cost development. Monitor project cost accounting and ensure accurate tracking.
