About this role
Customer Service Officer with English EVO Country / Location Poland CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER WITH ENGLISH EVO In the Performance Chemicals Division, it is all about customized products. The division's portfolio includes plastics additives, fuel and lubricant solutions as well as oilfield chemicals, mining solutions and chemical as well as refinery catalysts. The customers who benefit from our innovative solutions are from various industries, including the chemicals, plastics, consumer goods, energy and resources as well as the automotive and transportation industries. RESPONSIBILITIES Customer Order Management: Act as main interface to customer on order placement and follow up Select and use adequate tools (SAP R/3 SD, e-commerce software) to receive, process, and follow up on orders including cash management Understand and create customer master data as well as customer specific SAP set-up Collaborate with sales accounts, supply chain, transport, warehousing, and finance to provide excellent service to our customers Customer complaint management: from reception, to follow up and conclusion of complaint Development of new business opportunities: identifying and onboarding new customers and business opportunities QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor or Master degree in Sales, Business Studies, Logistics, Supply Chain Relevant professional experience at least 3 years Experience of working with the chemical and automotive industry will be an advantage Experience in SAP (Sales & Distribution) or alternative ERP system will be an advantage Customer orientation
