Starting time changes every two weeks. Shift pattern changes weekly. How You'll have an Impact: You will coordinate the day-to-day after-hours operations for varied customers. Your goal will be to provide exceptional service to both carriers and clients, manage load s and written and verbal communication . You r role will require high level of focus and attention to details , making sure service levels are always at their best.
