Compensation for this role is 82000 J ob Title: Afterhours Operations Rep Department: Customer Operations Position Type: Full-Time Regular Set up : Hybrid (3 days office x 2 days home) Travel: 0% of time Hours of Work: 40 hrs / week Reports to: Manager, Customer Operations Shift pattern: Thursday - Monday +Sunday Tuesday - Saturday Shifts start at: 08:00 and 00:00. Starting time changes every two weeks. Shift pattern changes weekly. How You'll have an Impact: You will coordinate the day-to-day after-hours operations for varied customers. Your goal will be to provide exceptional service to both carriers and clients, manage load s and written and verbal communication . You r role will require high level of focus and attention to details , making sure service levels are always at their best.
