Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to to ship AI products. THE ROLE We're hiring a Strategic Finance, GTM lead to be the finance partner to our Sales and Marketing leaders. In this role, you'll own how Baseten plans, invests, and scales the go-to-market organization - from revenue forecasting and capacity planning to compensation design and deal-desk. You'll build the models and analyses that shape pipeline targets, segment-level investment, and quota strategy, and you'll be the finance counterpart in the room when leadership debates resource allocation. The ideal candidate combines top-tier modeling and analytical rigor with the operational instincts to drive outcomes in a fast-moving, consumption-based business.
