Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to to ship AI products. ABOUT We're looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who can own and scale Baseten's paid acquisition engine. This role is about building a high-signal, scalable growth machine that converts ML engineers and AI builders into users, pipeline, and revenue. RESPONSIBILITIES - Own paid acquisition strategy end-to-end, with rigorous funnel analytics (CAC, conversion, pipeline attribution) and clear performance dashboards. - Design and execute structured experimentation across channels, creative, audiences, and landing pages (hypothesis → test → scale). - Scale high-performing campaigns and audiences to grow qualified pipeline while reducing blended CAC. - Build performance marketing into a predictable, data-driven growth engine aligned to priority ICP segments. REQUIREMENT - Managed and deployed an $XXM paid ads budget - Has deep experience running paid acquisition across Google, LinkedIn, X, Reddit, and emerging technical channels - Understands how to market to a technical audience (ML engineers, infra leaders, AI founders) - Thinks in funnels, cohorts, CAC/LTV, and pipeline contribution -
