About the Role Base is seeking a highly organized and execution-focused Deployment Intern to support both the pre- and post-installation stages of our battery deployments. This role offers hands-on experience at the heart of our deployment pipeline - contributing to the day-to-day task execution that keeps projects moving from contract through to completion. Because we're a fast-moving startup, the scope of this role evolves constantly, and we expect this person to adapt quickly, stay attentive to the details, and bring a proactive mindset to everything they do. This role is crucial for maintaining a healthy project pipeline and enabling Base Power's rapid growth. Beyond execution, the intern will also have the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to how we work. Since this person is close to the tools and processes we use daily, we encourage them to spot friction, flag inefficiencies, and bring forward ideas - with proposed solutions. What You'll Do - Own timely, detail-oriented execution across the full deployment workflow, from pre-installation through post-installation, tracking project statuses and flagging anything that could cause delays - Reviewing photos and documentation submitted by members to assess installation feasibility, configuration
