Contributes to the overall success of the Global Technology Services in Canada and Globally ensuring specific individual goals, plans, initiatives are executed / delivered in support of the team's business strategies and objectives. Ensures all activities conducted are in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures. Is this role right for you? In this role, you will: • Champions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge. • Patch Management o Ensure timely and consistent application of patches in alignment with increased patching frequency, maintaining system stability and compliance with security standards. o Manage patching deferrals and exemptions, including: Conducting risk assessments for deferral and exemption requests. Tracking and documenting approvals for transparency and audit readiness. Maintaining and periodically reviewing the exemption list to validate necessity and compliance. • Sustainability • Analyze post-cycle results to identify issues with servers, patching tools, or processes (e.g., SALT agent failures, missed reboots, skipped kernel patches). • Validate and track vulnerabilities, investigating false positives (e.g., Libcurl, OpenSSL, SQLite), reporting findings, and ensuring remediation. • Assist in implementing new pro
