Subdirector/a Estrategia de Datos CEC & Virtual Advice Propósito Liderar la estrategia de datos del Centro de Experiencia al Cliente (CEC) y Virtual Advice, asegurando la generación, gestión y explotación de información operativa, comercial y financiera, mediante la implementación de arquitecturas, analítica y herramientas tecnológicas que habiliten la toma de decisiones, la eficiencia operativa y la mejora continua del negocio. Responsabilidades clave Definir y ejecutar la estrategia de recolección, almacenamiento y explotación de datos del CEC y Virtual Advice. Diseñar y gestionar la arquitectura tecnológica y modelos de datos para soportar la operación. Liderar la estrategia de reportería (BAU, ad hoc y ejecutiva) para áreas operativas y de negocio. Desarrollar análisis avanzados e insights que impulsen decisiones operativas, comerciales y estratégicas. Implementar herramientas tecnológicas y automatizaciones (ej. Power BI, sistemas propios, Experiencia 360). Definir, monitorear y asegurar cumplimiento de SLAs de reportes, sistemas y servicios de datos. Gestionar modelos de rentabilidad (P&L), BSC y esquemas de compensación variable. Coordinar con áreas internas para obtención, integración y uso correcto de información. Liderar la generación de proyecciones, back testing y modelos de planeación estratégica.
