In this role, you will: • Champions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems, and knowledge. • Design, develop and configure ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, APM, and others based on business needs. • Implement workflows, business rules, and automation to streamline processes and improve user experience. • Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using technologies like REST and SOAP web services. • Participate in the full ServiceNow implementation lifecycle, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment. • Ensure projects are delivered in a timely manner honoring the allocated budget and timelines. • Create and maintain documentation on application configurations, system integrations, and process workflows. • Work closely with IT teams, business stakeholders, and other ServiceNow professionals to align solutions with organizational goals. • Stay up to
