The Senior Software Engineer (ABM Domain) reports to the Senior Manager, Engineering. In this role, you will mentor Software Engineers and partner closely with the Solutions Architect to translate business needs into technical requirements and deliver secure, scalable, cloud-native solutions that enhance ABM functionality. The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of experience building backend services and APIs, strong engineering fundamentals, and the ability to work through ambiguity to align outcomes and drive delivery. Is this role right for you? In this role, you will: Provide system analysis, technical design, documentation, and production support for existing and new applications and systems. Recommend best practices and enhancements aligned with the Bank's technology roadmap. Partner with project teams to refine technical requirements and provide design guidance based on industry best practices. Design, develop, unit test, debug, document, and implement applications and automation scripts. Contribute to effort estimation and development planning for projects and enhancements. Maintain, support, and enhance existing applications to ensure reliability and performance. Participate in regular code reviews and release activities to uphold quality standards.
