About this role

The Senior Operations Administrator is responsible for carrying out Investment Executive requests and inquiries in a prompt and efficient manner while ensuring that policies and industry regulations are adhere to, as well as Service Level Agreement (SLA) timelines. Is this role right for you? In this role you will: Authorize withdrawals of cash and/or securities from client's accounts in accordance with established policies and procedures Approve the transfer of money and securities between accounts Review transaction requests and any accompanying documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness prior to processing said items Provide continuing education for the Sales force, identify problems, and ensure appropriate follow-up Review and approve foreign currencies conversions Complete sundry duties as assigned Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? - We'd love to work with you if you have: Post Secondary Education & the completion of the Canadian Securities Course is preferred Experience in the Financial services industry is preferred A solid understanding of the wealth management business Experience working with Microsoft Office, WORD, and Excel The ability to work independently and multi-task in a team-oriented environment An ability to work well under pressure Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy Excellen
