The Role: The Sr Manager, Technology Business Management supports the execution and performance management by managing and supporting financial planning, analysis, and reporting. The role delivers data driven insights, strengthens financial controls, and enables effective expense management and decision making for Global Banking and Markets Enterprise Technology and Global Wealth Management Technology through budget management, allocations, and ongoing financial oversight. In this role you will: Produce clear, insightful, and decision‑oriented business commentary for recurring Management and Executive Committees, Board materials, and regulatory forums. Develop narrative explanations that translate financial and operational data into meaningful insights, risks, and opportunities. Support senior leadership with timely, accurate management reporting and performance updates. Financial Management and Control Provide end‑to‑end financial management and oversight of the annual budget process, including reporting, forecasting, accruals, allocations, invoice tracking, and invoice payments. Lead systematic tracking and reporting of operational and project budgets, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
