Sr Manager, Reporting & Insights - Late Stage Collections Purpose Leads a team responsible for the delivery of timely management reporting & analyses, enabling the Canada Collections operations teams to make effective decisions to achieve the Bank's credit loss & OPEX plans. What You'll Do: Leads a team responsible for developing and publishing management dashboards, providing monitoring and insights to the Canada Collections leadership team to drive the effectiveness of collection recovery efforts Responsible for the design and development of analyses pertaining to collections performance for late stage collections. Identifies actionable insights to improve collection efforts and recoveries, working closely with the Senior Leadership team to drive improvements in collection strategies and action plans Leads a team responsible for the developing, publishing, & monitoring automated KPI reports & dashboards to support the business. Investigates trends & clearly communicates results to management team and executives Supports strategic initiatives in Collections Canada through data sourcing, manipulation, analyses, & visualizations, to maximize recoveries while minimizing cost to collect Generates clear analyses & presentations to stakeholders and senior management that will enable intuitive and dynamic insights for decision-making Interacts closely with t
