The Senior Manager - Data Platforms will play a critical role within the Enterprise Data & AI Technology organization - one of Scotiabank's most significant enterprise wide strategic initiatives. This organization drives data enabled decision making, AI innovation, and technology modernization across the Bank. The Senior Manager - Data Platforms will be responsible for managing the Data & AI platforms by leading a team of engineers to ensure smooth running & upkeep of the underline platforms. Combining technical expertise with people management, you and your team are key to ensure the stability, scalability & security of data platforms by working with various groups within the Bank to ensure operational hygiene of the platforms is maintained and they are compliant, resilient, available, secure, up to date, risks free etc. A great team leader who will develop, tone & retain cross functional team by managing their day-to-day activities & year end goals.
