The Senior Manager, Branch Technology Enablement contributes to the success of the Operational Enablement & Service Effectiveness team in the Canadian Banking Channel Performance division by leading the business delivery of technology that transforms the branch network and enables effortless experiences for clients and employees. This role owns end-to-end outcomes for foundational branch platforms and journeys-driving timely, high-quality, resilient delivery and strong operational readiness. Working in close partnership with Canadian Banking Technology, this leader translates business strategy into clear priorities, requirements, and executable plans, and ensures stakeholders understand what's changing, why it matters, and how to be ready. Reporting to the Director, the role brings together delivery discipline, change leadership, and cross-functional alignment to realize measurable business impact. Is this role right for you?
