The Application Manager is responsible for the end‑to‑end ownership, stability, strategic evolution, and governance of a GCF application. This role ensures that applications are reliable, secure, compliant, and aligned with business and technology strategies. The manager leads cross‑functional teams and partners closely with senior stakeholders to deliver high‑impact technology outcomes that enable business performance. In this role you will: Oversee the full application lifecycle-including planning, design, development, deployment, maintenance, and retirement-to ensure alignment with enterprise standards and business objectives. Lead the execution of application enhancements, upgrades, currency initiatives, and decommissioning programs, following established governance frameworks (aligned with processes such as currency, patching, SSL lifecycle, DBR testing). Ensure applications adhere to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and security standards, including alignment with enterprise security practices Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of engineers, analysts, and support personnel, providing clear direction, performance feedback, and development opportunities.
