The Role The Scrum Master (Level 7) is an Individual Contributor responsible for enabling effective Agile delivery within Core Banking Technology teams. This role acts as a servant leader, facilitator, and delivery enabler, ensuring that Agile principles are consistently applied while delivering high‑quality, compliant, and predictable outcomes. Operating in a highly complex and regulated Core Banking environment, the Scrum Master partners with Product Owners, Engineering teams, Architects, and cross‑functional stakeholders to remove impediments, manage delivery risks, and drive continuous improvement across the delivery lifecycle. This role will report to Engineering Manager/ Delivery Lead. Hybrid work environment in Scarborough office. Occasional non‑standard hours may be required to support releases and delivery timelines. What You'll Do: 1. Agile Delivery Execution Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑ups, Reviews, Retrospectives)
