The Role Contributes to the overall success of the Payments & Core Banking Engineering globally ensuring specific individual goals, plans, initiatives are executed / delivered in support of the team's business strategies and objectives. Ensures all activities conducted are in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures. What You'll Do: Lead the development and maintenance of automated test suites. Debug and test automation codebase, ensuring high-quality standards. Document and test new software applications, providing detailed reports. Research, investigate, and resolve complex technical issues. Collaborate with senior leaders and mentor junior team members. Approach and solve high-level problems with strategic solutions.
