About this role
Principal Architect Toronto Requisition ID: 264461 Join a purpose driven winning team, committed to results, in an inclusive and high-performing culture. The Enterprise Architecture team is an exciting team with the mandate to design, develop, govern and drive the global technology strategy for the Bank. This role will work closely with a Senior Principal Architect (Director) as a single contributor and additionally will have a great deal of exposure to senior executives, business line leaders and a diverse set of stakeholders to assess current capabilities, identify opportunities and design future state operating model, capabilities, and implementation roadmaps. The Architect will also assist in leading the execution of key technology initiatives working with teams across technology to ensure that the strategy becomes reality. Is this role right for you? In this role, you will: Define Strategy: Work with technology teams to understand current state gaps, future state capabilities needed and industry landscape. Develop and refine IT reference architectures that provide domains with a 3-5 year vision and target state. Lead the prioritization and development of implementation roadmaps to address gaps and ensure solutions are in line with enterprise vision. Architecture Leadership: Lead one or more large scale technology initiatives from inception to execution working with technology teams across the Bank.
