About this role
Manager, Supplier Management Toronto Requisition ID: 262642 Join a purpose driven winning team, committed to results, in an inclusive and high-performing culture. The Manager is responsible for leading Bank-wide supplier management activities, for the assigned category portfolio, providing a holistic view of Enterprise Third Party Supplier relationships across multiple Business Lines and geographic locations. This role will be responsible for working across key supplier relationships and to provide insights to drive and inform the collective strategies, innovation agenda and performance measurement/ improvements - supported by the Director/Senior Manager, Supplier Management. The successful candidate will be able to work across senior levels of the organization (both internal and external), articulate and execute on strategy, drive value creation and deliver against third party management policies, standards and procedures. In this role you will: Champions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge Proactively work with the Business Line and contract owners to understand business needs, business strategy, and pipeline of contract renewals to build an overall supplier contract strategy (consolidate and reduce contracts where opportunity exists) Consolidate information around performance and renewals Develop Top-to-Top Enterprise Supplier Meeting facilitation materials and conduct Top-to-Top Supplier Meetings
