Purpose: The Manager, Retail Mutual Funds Issues Management supports the effective execution of the Issues Management framework for Scotia Securities Inc. (SSI) and Tangerine Investment Funds Limited (TIFL), both CIRO-regulated Mutual Fund Dealers. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Retail Mutual Funds Issues Management, the role provides hands-on support in the intake, validation, coordination, tracking, and reporting of issues, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and governance standards. Is this role right for you? In this role you will: • Own and execute the day‑to‑day operation of the Retail Mutual Funds Issues Management framework, ensuring issues are accurately assessed, tracked, and reported across SSI and TIFL. • Manage a centralized issue repository, overseeing intake, validation, ongoing monitoring, milestone tracking, and closure of multiple concurrent issues. • Partner with stakeholders across Wealth, Canadian Banking, Operations, and Business Risk to support effective and timely remediation, balancing competing priorities and dependencies. • Supports Senior Manager Retail Mutual Funds Issues Management with the management and governance reporting, dashboards, and summaries and escalates material risks or delays with analysis and recommendations. • Contribute to business initiatives and projects, supporting plan
