The Manager, Performance Insights & Gap Analysis, supports the Senior Manager in the delivery of actionable insights across retail channels (e.g., Global Client Experience Centres, Virtual Advice Channel, and Branch) by monitoring performance, identifying gaps, and providing recommendations to improve outcomes. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to analyze trends, surface opportunities, and enable leadership decisions through data-driven insights that drive growth in primary clients and earnings. Is this role right for you? In this role, you will: Champion a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge. Performance Monitoring & Analysis Track and analyze performance metrics across channels to identify trends and conversion gaps. Conduct root-cause analysis on underperforming segments and provide recommendations. Support ad hoc deep dives into advisor productivity, product performance, and client engagement. Develop frameworks for benchmarking and share insights to optimize cross-channel strategies. Dashboards & Reporting Partner with analytics and technology teams to build and maintain intuitive dashboards.
