The role: Contributes to the overall success of Workplace Transformation and Ways We Work & Where (W4) programs in Canada, ensuring specific individual goals, plans, initiatives are executed and delivered in support of the team's business strategies and objectives. Ensures all activities are conducted in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures. Is this role right for you? In this role, you will: Develop and execute program-level communication strategies for Workplace Transformation and W4 Programs as well as communication materials and playbooks for other programs and projects as needed. Create, deliver, and update communications content and material (i.e., documents, graphics, digital internal website content, videos, photo posts, presentations, blogs, physical signage, brand development, etc.) in support of Workplace Transformation & W4 projects. Create and manage multiple Viva Scotia and Viva Engage sites for Workplace Transformation and W4 projects. Responsible for conceptualizing, creating, and delivering content for these sites, working closely with stakeholders to design and deliver these, and measuring use and effectiveness of digital communications. Develop content and collaborate with key corporate functions across the Bank (e.g., Global Communications, Global Human Resources) to conduct internal awareness camp
