Purpose Contributes to the overall success of the Fraud Prevention, Education and Industry Engagement Team, supporting the Fraud Threat Management Team in ensuring individual goals, plans and initiatives are executed / delivered in support of the team's business strategies and objectives. Ensure all activities conducted are compliant with governing regulations, audit protocols, internal policies, and procedures. As the Learning Experience Designer, you will be responsible for developing learning content based on established learning frameworks. Accountabilities Understand and deliver a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems, and knowledge. Accountable for executing change requests for updated and new training content (including, but not limited to version accuracy, request requirements, document review for formatting and language standards, etc.). Develops or advises the overall framework, design, strategy of courses, ensuring alignment with learning needs and service level agreements. Perform all ADDIE Model tasks from start to finish when developing content. Assist with the creation of facilitation decks. Champion usability and accessibility of learning material by utilizing digital creation knowledge to develop accessible digital learning content. Maintains learning programs to ensure
