Purpose Contributes to the overall success of the ScotiaMcLeod Branch in Canada ensuring specific individual goals, plans, initiatives are executed / delivered in support of the team's business strategies and objectives. Ensures all activities conducted are in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures. The Branch Systems Administrator's primary focus is to ensure that all workstations, voice communications and multi functioning devices are running effectively. Accountabilities Champions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge. Manages the workstations, voice communications and multi functioning devices by ensuring all technology is running at maximum efficiency, promptly responding to all technical issues affecting the operations of the branch and acting as the liaison with the Scotia McLeod Technical Helpdesk and the Technology Training Team to ensure efficient resolution to all issues, escalating issues as necessary. Ensures the Branch is prepared for rollouts and updates by ensuring all branch staff are advised of all new procedures affecting applications, and cascading communication regarding the dates, requirements, and training dates and acts as the primary point of contact for branch staff questions and support.
