The Global Head of IAM Directory Services is accountable for the end‑to‑end ownership of Directory platforms and services across the enterprise. This role leads the global engineering and operational teams to design, build, modernize, and operate secure, scalable, and resilient Directory capabilities for our global multi-domain, multi-forest identity environment spanning while support business strategy across all regions and channels. The incumbent drives the evolution of global directory services, while playing a critical role in strengthening the organization's identity security posture by reducing the technical attack surface, securing identity platforms both on-premise and in cloud environments. They leverage advances modern engineering and operational practices, and partner closely with peer teams in Security, Technology, Risk, and Business leaders to deliver foundational and transformational directory capabilities to the workforce at enterprise scale.
